Shipping Information:

We ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Within the USA we ship via USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail (overnight) as well as UPS ground, 2nd day, 3rd day. All orders include delivery confirmation and insurance.

Attention international buyers! We ship worldwide. International purchases we ship via USPS, packages usually arrives in 1-2 weeks, this option includes tracking.

Important to note: all customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund & Returns Policies:

Our vintage items are pre-worn which means they may show signs of age. We provide detailed descriptions indicating true condition of the garment as well as accurate measurements & detailed photographs, please ask any questions prior to purchasing at info@froufrouvintageclothing.com.

All returns must be postmarked within three days of the original delivery date and shipped via trackable and insured mail, later returns are subject to store credit only. We reserve right to deny returns sent for credit after 14 days of original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges.
